Network design for a high school. What type of LAN architecture suits? Which software and hardware are needed? - wireless flatbed scanner

The school has three computer labs with 20 computers and 1 black and white laser printer. There are 16 other computers in the library, and a monochrome laser printer, a color inkjet printer, a flatbed scanner (which is connected to a separate computer), and a photocopier. Most computers are over five years, are very slow and have enough memory to satisfy the needs of students to be.
All teachers were issued with laptops and desktops were removed from the faculty lounge.

The school requires that:
1. Wired access to at least one computer instruction in all classrooms,
2. The access to the wireless network is available in all classrooms, and outdoor spaces for teachers and students,
3. Students have access to SanJudy resources of the school and at home,
4. Videoconferencing facilities are available.

Suggest a type of Internet architecture is suitable for the school. Please identify all network hardware and software are necessary to an Internet solution (s) you create.
Note that to control a school and Internet access and must be blocked in some sites.

manageable switches (switch and runners also normal work better with a manageable switch proceed) and 3-centers (including wireless routers / switches). Since you video, the best second switch inculde .. can demonstrate a network star topology. a switch that can manage the access to Internet homepage
